Bob Fritzinger, Founder, President, CEO, and Chairman
Bob brings over 17 years of entrepreneurial leadership to Microlanguage. As the co-founder, Exec VP, and CTO of Voice Technologies Group, the innovative supplier of PBX connectivity components, Bob was instrumental in growing VTG from a start-up with a single product concept to a leading provider of voice-to-data convergence equipment. During his 11 year career with VTG, Bob contributed to every element of the company's growth and success, including co-inventing the Company's VoiceBridge PBX product lines (he's authored six patents (held and in-process)), strategic planning that resulted in repositioning the company into the convergence equipment space, leading the sale of VTG to Intel Corporation in February 2000, and then managing the successful integration of VTG with Intel's Dialogic Division.

Robert Woodrow
Mr. Woodrow is on the board of and an advisor to XGear Technologies, an ISV of practice management software, and has been an advisor to numerous other early-stage information technology companies. Bob also served on the board of Voice Technologies Group (VTG), and was an advisor on the sale of VTG to Intel. He last served as President and CEO of VMI, a leading learning systems and market research firm. Prior to VMI, he held the positions of CFO and COO of Compuware Corporation, a global software and professional services company, served as Vice President and General Manager of Continental Information Systems, the nation's second largest leasing and financial services firm at the time, and served as CIO of Agway, the nation's largest and most diversified agricultural conglomerate. Mr. Woodrow has been a visiting Professor at Syracuse University’s Graduate School of Management. While at Syracuse University he completed Ph.D. curriculum requirements and was Chairman of the Curriculum Board for the Graduate School of Management. He holds a B.S. from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
