Support Overview

With the implementation complete, Microlanguage's support begins. Microlanguage offers a full range of support services to our channel partners and customers. Technical support is available online, on-call, and on-site. Software maintenance support contracts provide assurance that customers will be able to take advantage of the best technology available.

Website Support

Telephone Support

  • Our telephone support channel is staffed Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (8 am - 6:00 PM EST), and monitored by a paging service after hours.
  • The number is 716.639.9674 ext. 109.

On-site Technical Support Services

  • On-site technical support services are also available to help you diagnose and resolve any and all issues related to your Microlanguage implementation. To arrange for on-site technical support, call our telephone support line, or contact us through our online support request channel.

Software Maintenance Contract

  • Microlanguage's software maintenance support contracts ensure that your knowledge management solutions are powered by the best and most advanced technology Microlanguage has to offer.
