With the implementation
complete, Microlanguage's support begins. Microlanguage offers a
full range of support services to our channel partners and customers.
Technical support is available online, on-call, and on-site. Software
maintenance support contracts provide assurance that customers will
be able to take advantage of the best technology available.

support channel is staffed Monday through Friday, during normal
business hours (8 am - 6:00 PM EST), and monitored by a paging
service after hours.

- On-site technical
support services are also available to help you diagnose and resolve
any and all issues related to your Microlanguage implementation.

software maintenance support contracts ensure that your knowledge
